About Us

The early years of childhood, there are certain “critical periods” for the development of important cognitive, language, social, and psychomotor skills that contribute to a child’s success in life.

The first eight years of a child’s life are formative years that are considered critical periods for brain growth and development. Quality early childhood experiences are critical to children’s growth and development. During the early years, a child’s brain develops most rapidly, social and personal habits are formed quickly, and the foundation for the child’s later overall development is laid. In order to improve student learning levels in the elementary school years, it is important that all children have good quality preschool experiences. It is crucial to invest in these early years by creating an emotionally supportive and stimulating playful environment for each child, which is not only every child’s right, but also an opportunity to foster the child’s development.

This stage is also important as a foundation for teaching social values and personal habits. During this stage, children are curious and fascinated by people and the world around them — its colours, shapes, sounds, sizes, and forms. In exploring their environment, children are involved in observations, questions, discussions, predictions, analyses, explorations, investigations, and experiments. In this process, they construct, modify, and develop broad concepts and ideas. Children must be given ample opportunities to observe, explore, and investigate so that they can develop an understanding of their immediate and wider environment. Young children learn best in an emotionally supportive and nurturing environment where empathetic teachers help build secure relationships with children. In such an atmosphere, children can freely explore, express themselves, learn, and build their self-confidence.

Promoting access to universal, equitable, joyful, inclusive and contextualized learning opportunities for ensuring the holistic development of all children. These can be ensured by involving parents and teachers by providing child-oriented, stimulating learning in an emotionally and socially supportive environment.
